Our financial counselor is equipped to help homeowners consider their options through services offered, including pre- and post-purchase counseling, foreclosure prevention/intervention assistance, and reverse mortgage counseling.

The only cost involved with our foreclosure prevention/intervention services is $6.25 to cover the cost of a credit report. NHS urges homeowners who need help to be wary of foreclosure rescue scams. Beware of any ad, person, or company that attempts to charge a fee for counseling or assistance in finding a lender that will provide refinancing. Nonprofit foreclosure counselors will never charge homeowners for their services.
