Neighborhood Housing Services (NHS) is pleased to be the recipient of a $10,000 grant from the Key Foundation.  The funds will be used in support of NHS’ Homeownership Program.

“Key Bank has been an important partner of Neighborhood Housing Services for twenty-five years,” stated Tom Lay, NHS’ Executive Director. “We share Key’s belief that economically self-sufficient individuals are better prepared to meet the challenges they face as they aspire to achieve their dreams.” 

During 2007, Neighborhood Housing Services’ Homeownership Program will help over 300 hard working Idaho families and individuals to begin building wealth for their future through homeownership. Over the next ten years, these families will collectively accumulate more than $20 million to use for retirement, send their children to college, or to help with emergencies.
