NHS Develops McCall Avenue Homes,
a Unique Home Ownership Opportunity for Families

Families who want to live and work in the city of McCall will have soon have a unique opportunity to own a home.

Neighborhood Housing Services is developing nine single-family homes, the first to be built in response to the City’s new community housing ordinance. The two and three bedroom homes, located on McCall Avenue will be approximately 1,100 square feet and have attached single-car garages. Land for McCall Avenue Homes was generously donated by Greystone Village LLC as part of a development agreement with the City. The homes will be sustained as community housing through a land lease agreement with the City of McCall.

A groundbreaking ceremony was held on October 5th to kick-off the development. City of McCall Mayor, William Robertson, and representatives from Neighborhood Housing Services, Valley/Adams Regional Housing Authority, Idaho First Bank, U.S. Bank, Sterling Savings Bank and Washington Federal participated in the ceremonies. Over 60 people were present, including several of the families who are interested in purchasing one of the nine homes.
