

Our Finally Home! Home Buyer Education Center conducts monthly seminars to help
prepare first-time home buyers for homeownership. One-on-one counseling
is offered to to those who need additional help. Post purchase counseling
and foreclosure prevention assistance are available to homeowners
in danger of losing their homes. Serving over 700 families each
year, we provide home buyer education services to homeowners and
prospective home buyers throughout the Treasure Valley. For seminar

Seminars are on a Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:00 - 8:45 p.m. at Pioneer Title, 8151 W. Rifleman (One block north Emerald on Milwaukee). Call for directions if needed.
**One day seminars are Saturday’s from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. at Boise City/ADA County Housing Authority, 1276 River Street, Boise (2nd floor Conference Room). Call for directions if needed.
$10 fee per person – payable on the first night of class. Seating is limited. Please call at least one week in advance to register at 343-4065, ext. 107.

Financial Fitness
Financial Fitness for Adults
We have partnered with financial institutions and facilitators to teach basic financial fitness to our local residents, Homeward Bound families, and our multifamily community tenants. Available workshops are designed to provide hands-on, interactive lessons on how to handle money responsibly, with topics ranging from money basics and savings accounts, to managing checking, credit and future tools for investment.
Financial Fitness for Youth
We offer a financial education program to youth in our multifamily communities to teach them basic concepts of money management, including saving, donating and investing. The curriculum includes seven sessions and an eighth being a field trip to a neighborhood bank or credit union.
