Affordable housing... half of all Idaho residents can't afford to buy an average priced home in their community and one out of five can't afford rent. The growing gap between what Idahoans earn for a living and how much they must pay for housing equates to a growing need for additional affordable housing in Idaho communities.

The mission for our multi-family housing is more than providing a safe, affordable place to live; it involves helping our residents improve their quality of life. From creating tenant associations, holding English classes for residents, and organizing block parties, property management continues to create an environment where opportunity abounds.
